Nom Burger is one, and it's far closer to home than my... read more There are two burger places on the planet that I could eat at almost every day and not get tired of them. Nom Burger is one, and it's far closer to home than my other favorite (Gordon Ramsay Burger in Las Vegas). We've averaged one visit a week since not too long after Nom opened a year and a half ago. Locally sourced ingredients and specialty burgers that change monthly (as well as the usual 6-10 favorites on the regular menu) make this a great regular dining experience. West coast beers (and wines) on tap, great milkshakes and desserts, and the occasional special event round out the experience. The staff are very friendly and, while they don't do substitutions, there are some off-label ideas you can use (like greens or rice paper instead of a bun, or add an egg or bacon to anything). We'll be going back often... a great place for friends, dates, meetings, or just a beer on game night.
