Dunkin' Donuts - Sunnyside

Edit I want to Thank Mr. SHIRAZ the district manager he called me and apologized. He also refunded me the money and gave me a free cup. Very bad experience. ?They dont wear Mask and cough and sneeze Infront of the donuts that is not covered. ?The people who work there are very rude and yell at customers. I ordered hot caramel latte and it wasn't good comparing to other Dunkin donuts. I told the lady I bought this coffee and I had to throw it out because it was so so sweet. She started to yell at me in front of the customers this is not the first time you do that !!!!! And she told me dont come here again. I pay for that cup of coffee and I deserve to get the best cup . You dont stand there talking and not doing your job and after all yelling at me for having a bad service. The owners needs to do something otherwise he will be losing business. DONT GO THERE THEIR COFFEE IS NOT good at all.

One of the few places on Sunnyside that closes late. I've ordered several times here and they've got my order right, no complaints here. Place is rather small, so forget eating in. I feel that the ice-cream choices are not that great, but can't expect much since the place is really small to have that much variety.

Standard Dunkin? Donuts with consistent flavors BUT they lose points with me because of the employee attitudes. Most of them chit chat about you right in front of the customers and spend way too long making simple coffee orders. I do appreciate whoever makes the cakes because they always get the custom cakes done perfectly but they need to reconsider how they train their employees

Usually come to this Dunkin? Donuts place but as of today will stop if I could give it a zero star I would came in at 10:05pm and couldn?t even get a ice coffee because employee claimed they cleaned their machine already unacceptable! Your open until 10:30 pm! On top of that I ordered two dragon fruit strawberry ice tea refreshers 9one was for my daughter and I?m pretty sure they just dumped the mix in because it tasted way sweeter and gross then usual and I?ve always bought here I think they were rushing to close time but that?s unacceptable!

Do yourself a favor and get your coffee from the McDonald's on 37/38th Street. The staff here are rude, entitled like this is a family operation they can never get fired from, so they can get away with treating customers like garbage. I had a more honest and detailed review, took it down, but weeks later I just want to warn people to avoid wasting their and interacting with disgruntled and entitled people spitefully making and handling you food and beverages. Plus the coffee is sour, like the put effort into making sure it was brewed both weak but with a strong sour taste. I hope by this time next year this garbage shop is closed and out of business.
