the first time here it is often missed by passersby, but this time not. I ordered the bark and nut soup. it was absolutely delicious. the aromen were well rounded and beautifully paired with the braided bark. it could have had more bark in itself, as a small child was worth the handful of bark. noodles were tough and perfectly cooked. total absolutely delicious and piping hot as well. I'm back. View all feedback.
What Emerson Casper doesn't like about Fukuya:
The recent experience at the Tok Tok reminded me another Korean meal’s experience at Sunnybank Hills Shopping Centre. It was about two weeks ago. We had a quick lunch at the food court. We have not been here for a while so checked it out.Although the extension of the food court is away from the section that it located, it does not affect its business. It was a busy lunch time.We ordered a seafood pancake and a beef ri... View all feedback.
The hot stone beef rice I got was pretty good for the price. It seems little smaller than a regular hot stone pot at a Korean restaurant but I'm happy with it cause I can never really finish a larger one. For 10.50 that's pretty decent. Flavor is good. I can't vouch for the Japanese items on the menu. They don't look as good. The store appears to be run by Koreans. I was kinda interested in their twisty potato cause I think it was $2 and usually it's like $5. instagram.com
First time here. Stingy sized chicken pieces the width of a car key on the chicken curry bowl. Bowl was 3/4 full with rice. For 8.90 I might as well go home and cook for 4 people for that price. Staff apparently are selective with who they're friendly with. I'm asian as well but was never greeted in a friendly way while others were.
A great dine-in/takeaway in the Sunnybank Hills shopping town. They opened a few months ago and I've visited a few times for takeaway. I love their food and the service is always friendly (the woman at the counter remembered us from another restaurant). The prices are cheap as well but I think I possibly recall them having a ten dollar minimum on eftpos so it's a good opportunity to order more food. It's also by itself near the Kmart and at the other side from the foodcourt so it's quiet but there's plenty of tables for when it does get busy around peak times. I'm also a fan of the art on their adorable udon takeaway bowls.
Went here for the first time today after shopping at Sunnybank Hills PlazaI ordered the pork belly with rice.
Our recent culinary experience here was not bad at all. there in a group of three and ordered deep fried chicken wings, unagi with rice, crinkled chicken soup and spicy seafood nut soup. unnecessary to say, kfc never let us down, chicken wings were crispy and juicy. unagi came with very good quality and reasonable part. spicy suppe was spicy for us, but was normal to Korean style. herbaleshun was different from his competitors to serve top legs filet pieces instead of half-hooks. after it was said that it can be a modification that is tailored to the western market, which was fair enough. previous rating: 4/5 aug 2021; 4/5 nov 2017
