Very disappointed from this Pollo Tropical location. Rude customer service, cashier was unable to explain what was included in the meals. Coming from a Texan, my dad talked highly about Pollo Tropical and we finally came to try it again after years of not being able to. It was disappointed to be treated like I was suppose to know. I had a nice service for Bryan. He was very sweet. Besides, the place was very clean. Definitely the best choice I was in Miami.
First pollen tropical, which were that food taste with taste, delicious? so good. Love it. And the restaurant looks pretty clean.

I have come to this place for many years and have seen a slow decline in food, customer experience and quality control. Today I decided to do it after a long break and I? I'm glad. When entering these heavily negotiated pollen I immediately realized how clean and organized the eating zone was. My dealing with manager Joel in the register was amazing, you can say he is proud of his craft. My order was for two with several pages and was ready in less than 5 minutes, well packed and fresh. I never leave reviews, but I felt that it was well deserved.
Very bad service I spend 40 mins for my order food also I wait out side of the drive thru
