Mi Casita - Sunland

Beautiful hidden jewel. Before here and was satisfied, this last trip was not disappointed. We had a queso fundido with chorizo, a tortilla soup for beginners. The main course was Machaca with eggs and shrimp fajita enchiladas. It was delicious and the staff is always friendly and helpful.

As much as I wanted to keep it 5 stars, I'm really sad that I have to rate it like this. Don't get me wrong. The food is amazing! This michelada was delicious. But this last experience was just not what I expected. Our waiter which I honestly don't know his name, either was not in the mood or this is just his mood towards certain people. Do I want to be spoiled while I'm having dinner at a restaurant? Yeah sorta but we as in my husband, my child, and I we're being ignored while the customers behind and it front of us were catered as in asking if anything was ok, did they needed refills on their drinks. We literally had to be asking him for refills and the attitude was rude to be honest. Will I go back? Probably not at this point because I just don't want to be feeling ignored while I'm pretty much the same type of customer as any of their regular customers that usually go there on a regular basis.

I hadn't been here in years. I got a two-item combo for lunch today a crunchy chicken taco and chicken tamales. It was delicious. Definitely going there again.

What a great discovery!!! It?s 110 degrees outside, but we?re under a open-air covered patio with AC that feels really comfortable. Delicious food with fresh ingredients. The best homemade tortillas I?ve ever had in my life. If you?re in the area, a must-try!

Good food, reasonable prices, fantastic service. Easy to miss. Small on the outside, big on the inside. Park on the street or pay attention to the hanging banner so you park in the proper lot.
