Many residents who live here year-round appear to be selling their properties, which might suggest something about the area. The sandwiches are quite good, but that’s where my enthusiasm ends. There's nothing particularly memorable about the restaurant, and the prices seem steep, likely due to the location and rent—definitely not ideal for those on a budget. I didn't come across any enticing deals that would make me want to order more. The food is decent, and it's just a short walk from the docks or boat ramp. The interior tables are nice if you're looking for a respite from the weather. On the plus side, the place is clean, and the staff is friendly.

However, I couldn't hav... read more At the end of the day, we arrived at Fenton's Landing only to find it closed, despite their posted hours indicating they should be open. However, I couldn't have been happier with the Vermishap. Breakfast was served quickly and was absolutely delicious, with generous portion sizes for the price. The pastries were all fresh and tasty. The staff and service were fantastic. I highly recommend Fenton's Landing to everyone, and they also offer beer and snacks if you're on the boat and need a refill – definitely check out their menu!
