Last year, I had nothing but positive experiences at this Dunkin'. While they may have the occasional off day, they generally do an excellent job. I typically stop by in the morning, and the current staff is friendly and consistently attentive when it comes to coffee. I’m aware that there will be sales in the future, but for now, I am very satisfied. View all feedback.

I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. I found myself standing at the counter as the only customer, with the staff bustling around like chipmunks while completely overlooking me. I tried ordering ahead, but my order slip just sat on the counter until I arrived. When I got there, they remembered to make my coffee but completely forgot about my food order.
The young woman working tonight was handling everything by herself, but you would never have known it by how well she managed all the orders. You are very lucky to have her on your team!
The clerk blew her nose and didn’t wash her hands before coming to the register to take my order, wiping her runny nose with her hands in the process. If they’re this unsanitary in plain sight, just think about what happens behind the scenes. I understand the need to staff the restaurant, but we shouldn't accept such unprofessional behavior.
