I had an excellent experience at this Subway, especially thanks to an employee named Claudia. She was incredibly kind and provided the best customer service I’ve ever received!

I can easily make a simple sandwich at home, so I’m removing Subway from my list. They've stopped offering rotisserie chicken, feta cheese, and cilantro, which were three key ingredients for my sandwich.

I didn’t feel very welcomed, but I understand that younger staff sometimes struggle to show hospitality with warmth like saying "we’re glad you’re here" or "good to see you." The veggie sandwich was decent, but it seemed made without much enthusiasm. I’m a bit overweight, and the only suggestion I got was to use low-fat mayo—if you know what I mean. Following a common trend, the staff waited for me to thank them, which I chose not to do, and they didn’t either. Overall, it was just okay—not great.

I placed an order through the Subway app but never received it. When I called the store, they told me to contact DoorDash for a refund. DoorDash, however, said they aren’t responsible since the order was made directly through Subway’s app. After going back and forth, I still haven’t gotten my money back. The Subway supervisor is rarely available and unhelpful when I do reach him, constantly directing me back to DoorDash and insisting they won’t issue a refund. Subway’s website states that in cases like this, they should either refund or replace the order. I spoke with Subway’s customer service, who agreed the manager isn’t handling this properly. I’m now disputing the charge with my bank. This whole situation has been extremely frustrating and a complete waste of time.

The two employees working at Subway were very friendly and professional, but they seemed extremely overworked since the place was busy and only two staff members were on duty.
