I'm hesitant to dive into my experience. I really hope to have just one more good visit. I've been trying to eat here for three years, but each time has been a challenge. My coworkers have had similar issues—they've either closed unexpectedly, the drive-thru has been out of service, or we've been shorted on our orders or received the wrong items. I love Popeyes chicken, and it's frustrating that I have to travel miles to get it when there’s a location just five minutes from my house. It's been really disappointing.
This restaurant was once a fantastic place to eat when it first opened, but my last two visits were disappointing. The dining room is in poor condition, with dead flies everywhere and living ones that are hard to ignore. I also got sick after eating the chicken sandwich. It's really unfortunate because this place used to offer great dining experiences. It needs management that takes better care of the establishment.
If I could rate this restaurant, I would give it a very low score. The place is always filled with unruly teenagers, and each time I visit, the line is incredibly long. It's not because the restaurant is busy, but rather because the staff are often just standing around or sitting on their phones. I've witnessed employees blocking the aisles while giving free food to family and friends, which is frustrating. Overall, my experiences here have been disappointing.
This is the 4th time that I got the food (or tried) from this papst. I'm not sure why I keep giving them a chance. Earlier times we waited very long time in the line after we don't order in the position within the load. a time or two I did not move after 10-15 minutes to leave the line. this special time I decided to try again, and after 10 minutes in the line, I had only moved in the line because the people go. I decided that I would order the app as it lasted so long and it should be ready until the time I came to the author. remember that there were no other cars on the parking lot or customers in the restaurant. After 25 minutes we came to the author and before I could tell them that I had placed an online order, I was asked to wait. it was more and more clear that the orders were made when they arrived and were completed before the next order. I was 5 minutes before I was asked what I wanted, and it took 4 to tell them it was an order for 2 sandwiches and pommes. I was told to go up to the window and there was no one. for a few minutes. then someone who was ordered at the counter was taken care of before I was even spoken. I realized that only 2 people work inside. After many minutes, I was asked to move forward as they were still making my fries. I have my meal more than 45 minutes after I was in the lead. I will never return to this papst place again.
Absolutely ridiculous. They cater to drive through only. Walked in to Get a quick sandwich. Sat alone in line for 5 mine. Finally once approached by a employee. I was told drive-through only at 1:20pm in the afternoon. Owners/managers need to get their act together. Poor service , which lead me to believe poor food practices would take place so I left. Won't return.
