Chic-fil-a, without a doubt, has the best customer service in their industry. Everyone working there is always extremely friendly and eager to assist you.

I work at the call center in the mall and usually stayed away from the Chic-fil-a due to how busy it gets, but this past Saturday I decided to go ahead and get a spicy deluxe with a frosted coffee and was very pleased by the friendliness of the staff, particularly Paul, who processed my order and made me feel like a very valued customer

My son and I visited the one in the mall, all of the employees were friendly and had great customer service! Our food was correct and we received our food fast. Very pleased with this location!

Very bad attention, reluctantly, eagerly and without patience

Staff goes above and beyond. They know my daughters name and order when they see her. Also take care of their customers. Always greeted with a smiling face.
