We ordered 3 pizzas and 2... read more Do not dine at this restaurant!!! This was one of the worst dining experiences I have ever had. Our party of 8 was seated right away. We ordered 3 pizzas and 2 salads, but it took 45 minutes to receive our pizzas. Our salads were not even prepared when the pizzas arrived. We were given only 6 plates and 3 napkins for the entire table, with no silverware. When we asked for more plates and napkins, they were not provided, so we had to get them ourselves. I observed the salad prep person handling multiple salads without gloves, which is a major food safety issue. Additionally, I saw the pizza chef touch his face and then handle food without washing his hands, leading to potential cross-contamination. Despite requesting to speak to a manager about the poor service and food handling, I was informed the manager was on vacation and could only offer a partial refund. We were not given an apology or any effort to make things right. As a chef myself with 8 years of experience, I expect basic standards to be upheld in any restaurant. This experience could have been easily avoided with proper training and supervision. Avoid this place at all costs.

The kids devoured their cheese pizza so quickly that I couldn't even take a picture. They didn't seem interested in the gourmet pizzas, which were a bit pricey, but they loved the simple cheese pizza. We will definitely be returning to this restaurant. If you're looking for fast food, this isn't the place for you. Take your time and enjoy the quality and freshness of the food. If you're concerned about the prices, blame inflation and cook at home instead.
