Was Johnny boy at The Sumner Café a mag?
this is a cute little café with very friendly staff and delicious food. i got the club sandwich on sourdough with the pasta salad. the salad was tangy and is not mayonnaise based which was great on a hot day. the sandwich had a good amount of meat, perfect ratio bread to meat/cheese in my opinion. the bread was nice and soft with just enough mayonnaise to give moisture without being too much. i will definitely be bac... Best breakfast in Sumner. Pancakes are homemade and so flavorful. Best coffee in town.
After being sat and getting water/coffee, we waited 20 minutes before our server came by to get our order. The 2 families that were seated after us had their orders taken first. We actually had to ask if she could take our order. Because of that, wewaited another 40 minutes for our food. Not once during that 40 minutes was our coffee refilled. The food was decent, but wewill not be returning if we have to wait an hour and never checked on.
This was an amazing breakfast! I got the golden burrito. The burrito was golden crisp on the outside and soft on the inside. The eggs were delicious! They were seasoned really well and you could even see the seasoning. There was the right blend of sausage,eggs, potatos, and cheese. There was a side of salsa to dip the burrito. It was delicious with or without the salsa. I will 100%be back!
