Who ever you have managing the place; or running it early in the mornin, my wife and I are probably the utmost regulars there. We love it! Female employee, no name tag, extremely serious, no customer service skills, no greeting, no parting comment Oct 16th mid to late afternoon. My hot beverage was cold. View all feedback.
Ordered a Grande and got a tall instead. Second time it's happened.
The guy working here is so ridiculously slow, made my drink wrong and then argued with me that it was correct. Ridiculous, never coming back here.
The pink-haired barista is always soooo slow. I left after seeing she was the only one working. Not everyone wants to wait twenty minutes for a drink.
Getting more and more expensive, I will have no choice but look for alternatives
Always enjoy trying new beverages from starbucks most are delucious some can be awful (personal taste), the employees are kind.
