Eventually, th... read more My experience at this restaurant was quite disappointing. When I walked in to place an order, three employees glanced at me and then turned away. Eventually, the most pleasant one took my order and went to prepare it, but the rudest staff member remained fixated on her phone. When she finally acknowledged me, she charged me an additional $1.50 over the menu price for an egg and cheese bagel. When I brought this to her attention, she simply replied, "Well, that’s the price now." That’s an extra $1.50 per bagel for a piece of processed cheese and an egg! To top it off, the food wasn’t even that good—I’ve had better meals from Dunkin'.
