Par... read more Fin is our Go To feel good restaurant! The food is always fresh and amazing! The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The ambience is warm and friendly. Parking isn’t always easy in Summit, but there is a parking garage right behind it which is Free after I can’t recommend Fin Raw Bar and Kitchen enough!

I did feel a bit rushed by the wait staff; who were very efficient, but I did feel like we were being rushed a bit. That said, I would still recommend.

We ordered the seafood tower, and for the additional $30 we added in the lobster ???? This was by far the best dish and it's a really good price for the tower of seafood. We also ordered Grilled Romain Hearts (which wasn't verygood as it tasted like it was just charred Romain lettus supposedly it's dressed with Caesar dressing?? We also ordered thefish tacos, which were really good. They are served street style, is it's four mini tacos, perfect for sharing. The fish had agood taste and they had a little bit of spice but balanced with pineapple, which put me off before biting in and realizing theflavor combo was spot on. We also got the calamari, but we've been spoiled by other restaurants version so this was just ok. Theone last thing we ordered were the French fries. I love the way these fries are made, super skinny, so they're nice and crispy!Wish more restaurants did it this way. The staff are all super friendly and knowledgeable, and if they didn't have an answerto a question, they would find out the answer and get back to you, very nice.
