I have visited a few other locations from the same group, but for some reason, this branch of S&E stands out as the most interesting, clean, and truly impressive facility. The menu is quite similar to the others, yet the way the food was prepared and served here was noticeably better. Went in this morning May 26 2024. The ladies working acknowledged me coming in but then proceeded to sit and look at there phones and never asked my spouse and I if we wanted coffee or even hand us a menu. Completely rude. We got up and walked out. They missed out on the money I was gonna spend and a decent tip had they acted right. Instead they got nothing. That in turn means no money for the company! Came this morning July 20th with my family because we like coming here. I figured let me take my daughter out for breakfast for her birthday. Today went bad due to the service here. We walked in and the waitress was a bit rude and because tables were full we waited patiently by the door for a good while. Once one table cleared we went by it so we weren't standing in the way by the door. The waitress yells out that table needs to be cleaned! Obviously we know that we just didn’t want to stand in the way by the door. She comes to clean the table behind us instead of cleaning the one we were going to sit at and she didn’t acknowledge us. All 4 of us ended up walking out to go somewhere else! I will never come back I’m disappointed. She needs to change her attitude towards people. I know some people have bad days but you’re working and it’s just wrong to not acknowledge your customers! Plain ignorant
The steak was awesome and the grilled cheese is awesome. Five stars.
