The staff often has an unpleasant attitude and tend to hand out cups that are messy with coffee spills. It feels like they view taking a straightforward order and getting it right as a chore. Additionally, they frequently run out of items. I highly recommend finding another Dunkin' location because this one is seriously lacking and deserves to be shut down. I usually refrain from leaving reviews since I know everyone can have an off day, but the consistent poor quality here is truly exceptional in the negative sense.

Otherwise, you might find yourself repeating your words or feeling the need to explain more. To be honest, that can be a bit frustrating. However, aside from that, he's not bad.
