Just tried to order a hand packed pint here, he said NO PINTS. He was rude, and clearly too lazy to scoop the ice cream, what a waste!
Every time I go to this Dunkin’ they get something wrong, forget a part of my order, or burn my food. Sometimes they even do all of that in one go so I’ll give them 5 stars for the lack of effort .
The customer service at this establishment is very disappointing. The staff often has an unpleasant attitude and tend to hand out cups that are messy with coffee spills. It feels like they view taking a straightforward order and getting it right as a chore. Additionally, they frequently run out of items. I highly recommend finding another Dunkin' location because this one is seriously lacking and deserves to be shut down. I usually refrain from leaving reviews since I know everyone can have an off day, but the consistent poor quality here is truly exceptional in the negative sense.
The staff member working tonight seems friendly, but you need to speak a bit slowly for him to understand. Otherwise, you might find yourself repeating your words or feeling the need to explain more. To be honest, that can be a bit frustrating. However, aside from that, he's not bad.
