My order arrived 15 minutes late, and when the woman at the store and I s... read more I had a terrible experience with customer service this morning, Wednesday, October 11. My order arrived 15 minutes late, and when the woman at the store and I spoke in English, she informed me that my order wasn’t ready. I assured her it was no problem and that she could take her time. However, she didn’t realize I was Hispanic and started speaking in Spanish with her colleagues and another customer. To my surprise, she began insulting me, saying things like, "This driver is always late," and other derogatory comments. I then responded to her in Spanish, asking why she was insulting me. She turned pale upon realizing her mistake, and I decided to cancel my order and report her to the company’s customer service. If you can’t maintain a good attitude while doing your job, perhaps you should look for a different one.
