I asked for a bacon egg cheese at 11:30 am, was told, (rudely) breakfast is over. I interrupted her texting. I ordered grilled cheese with bacon and was told to give my name and they would call me. Not in a hurry, i sat at a table to drink my coffee. My wife was getting tests. 30 minutes later I inquired about the food, only to find it had been sitting at the counter. Ordered takeout chicken salad sandwich and juice chips service was friendly and food good priced reasonable.
I got my fries delivery with the box cut up top with scissors....have no idea why they would do that.. looked very sketchy
For a hospital cafe this food is excellent! The turkey club was great.
The food is really good and it really helps that it's in Overlook Hospital!
Had a bug in my salad. I asked for a refund. Money was dropped on the counter in front of me at the cashier said, Enjoy. She never apologized for the disgusting quality of food and never told the kitchen to stop serving the salad. Sorry if u ALSO found/are a bug in your food. You probably did. My coworker found a moth in her food too. Never going back
