I started eating it right away, and i... read more I had a truly disappointing experience at this restaurant. Unfortunately, the Ruben I ordered was the worst I've ever had. I started eating it right away, and it was ice cold, as if it had just come out of the fridge. None of the sauces I requested were included with my order. When I went to ask for the sauces, the staff completely ignored me until I spoke up about what I was missing. Once I returned to my truck, I was dismayed to find that my sandwich was still cold and unappetizing. This was the first time I've encountered an issue with Arby's, a place I usually love. It felt intentional, and I couldn't shake the feeling that I might have been treated poorly because of the "Back the Blue" emblems on my truck. Overall, I am extremely dissatisfied and disgusted by this experience.

The food is consistently hot and... read more Arby's on Rice Road in Lee's Summit is my favorite place for a quick lunch. Being in the same plaza makes it super convenient. The food is consistently hot and fresh, and the staff are always so friendly. Today, the manager introduced me to their peach and strawberry lemonade—it’s absolutely fantastic! You all do an excellent job! Plus, my fries are always served piping hot!
