Papa John's Pizza - Summerville

I came in on a dysfunctional night. Waited over 30 minutes for one large pepperoni pizza. Manager was frazzled. Day shift was cashing out their drawers, money wasn't adding up and people kept coming in. Manager was mindful that I was waiting and did check on me often. Overall I'll say it was just a hectic night for them but the manager made attempts to apologize quite frequently and helped everyone staff/customers as best as she could.

I ordered the Buffalo chicken papida online, thinking it would be just chicken, cheese, and buffalo sauce. I mistakenly overlooked the fact that they add onions, which I really dislike. When I got to my car and took a bite, the smell of the onions was overwhelming. I called the restaurant to see if I could get a replacement, but I was informed that I would have to pay again since it was my mistake. It's clear that customer service and satisfaction are not priorities anymore. I simply can't eat something I don't like, and there wasn't even a clear description of the ingredients online without hitting the adjustment button. It seems like Papa John's isn't too concerned about keeping their customers happy.

Dad! John's team messed up my order, but when I called them, they quickly sent out a replacement pizza without any hesitation. I tend to voice my complaints quickly, so I wanted to take a moment to give them a compliment as well. Thank you!

The prices are incredible! The staff is extremely friendly and does a great job keeping the place clean. The pizza is tasty, though I wish they offered Hawaiian pizza as well. The cheesy garlic bread is absolutely delicious! It would be fantastic if they could add a cheese sauce option for kids to go with the pasta sauces.

I absolutely love Cicis! It's a fantastic spot for families, especially for keeping the kids entertained while the adults can relax and chat. The variety of games keeps the little ones occupied, and with the option to customize pizzas, even the pickiest eaters will be satisfied. The dessert pizzas are also incredibly delicious! The tables were clean, and the staff was friendly. It was quite busy during my visit, so I would recommend going on a quieter weekday instead of a Friday. Overall, it’s definitely worth the money!
