Cook Out - Summerville

Worst service from the girl working the window. Refused to speak. Actually thought she might be a mute....Ordered 2 sides of onion rings for $6. One side had 4 large rings. The other was this with 6 minis. When I asked if this was all we got for both they said yes. I was just so excited to burn my money and be left hungry.

All their shakes are excellent double drive-thru so you don't have to wait long either and their prices are good. Everything is getting more expensive these days. Their prices are competitive with a fast food place but the food is better than other fast food places in my opinion.

Line has been at a standstill for 30 minutes. No orders are being taken since the line isn't even moving, people are beginning to back up and leave. A couple got out their vehicles to ask other cars to move so they can leave. This is absolutely ridiculous. Update: its been 50 minutes and everyone has gotten irate, to the point that all of the cars are honking at each other to move. I'm at the window. It's been an hour and I still don't have my food. They haven't even opened the window to take my payment. I'm never coming back.

I normally love Cook Out, but this place does not know how to hire or train good people. First time I came, we were waiting in the drive through for 30 minutes or more with no apologies or warning about the wait. This last time I went, they had me waiting in the drivethrough for 5 minutes with nobody else in the lines, then a car comes up in the second line and they take his order immediately. I told them that they had skipped me and they didn't acknowledge me at all. They were also out of both ranch and honey mustard?? Seems like a small thing but I felt like they were lying to me just to get rid of me. Never coming back to this location again. I work in customer service! It's not that hard!

This location provided good service. I let associate know I was ordering for some one hearing impaired and they were very kind and helpful. They took the order with no problems and were very professional.
