We went here for date night and it was by far one of the worst restaurant experiences we have had. Within the first 15 mins we saw two tables walk out one due to a reservation being forgotten about. The food was 5 star price with low pub quality food. With only half the restaurant open in august there was about 15 tables and 4 servers. They servers still couldn't keep up we waited 10 mins before someone even talked to us. There wasn't a bartender so the servers also had to make their own drinks.The hostess and assuming the manager was rude and didn't seem to know how to properly run a restaurant. When we first arrived we asked to sit on the patio and were told there was no room. My husband and I discussed what to do, the manager said we could go somewhere else but she arrogantly quipped that her restaurant was the only lake view one in town. We should have left then. Basically don't go until they change management.

Loved the food, the service was friendly & prompt. Love their homemade sauces esp. the BBQ sauce & their white cream sauce for the lobster mac & cheese! I am a repeat customer & have been for several years.

I heard good things about this restaurant but was disappointed after having lunch with my family there. While the service was acceptable the food was very mediocre - especially given that a sandwich will run you close to 20 bucks. It was clear for me and my fellow dinners is that the chef was either wholly inexperienced or took no pride in the food they were serving. Given the beautiful location and nice looking restaurant seems a big opportunity missed to serve such mediocre food. I will not be going back anytime soon.

Nice location with a great lake view. Good food, great service. Everyone should be able to find something the like with the varied menu selections.

We stopped here for lunch (last time we will be doing that)! The lady advised us that the patio was full and it would be a very lengthy wait for a table but she could seat us inside by the window. We said that would be fine. We sat there for close to 20 minutes watching two waitresses go by us 3 times each. Not even a glass of water to the table! The hostess came and brought another couple to the table behind us and told them that a table was just paying on the patio and they could move out there as soon as they left What happened to the very long wait for the patio!!! With that we got up and left. On our way out the waitress asked"is there something we could help you with? My husband replied service would have been nice! We are local and I am going to spread the work that this place has gone down hill! Will not be back!
