My hubby and I sometimes drop into Decolata late on Sunday afternoons to have a late lunch. The staff are always friendly and obliging, the ambience is laid back, and most importantly, the coffee tastes great. The food is freshly prepared and reasonably priced. View all feedback.

Came here for Sunday brunch with a few friends and is safe to say we had a terrible experience. Waited at least an hour and a half for some dry toast and eggs. Customer service was ridiculous, they had no idea what they were doing and barely had any time to serve us. View all feedback.

This is my favorite cafe in Summer Hill. Great attentive service.They have everything you need and the courtyard is nice.
What can I say? Nice place is about it. Oh service was OK. Food? Can't even poach an egg. My first eggs came as a watery mass in the middle of the plate. So I sent them back and they returned yolks solid and the whites still liquid. The exact opposite of what I wanted! How did they know? I had the Vegetarian big breakfast which included half cooked eggs and unripe (hard) avocado. Otherwise it was not too bad. My coffee (long black) was bitter as and tasted burnt. But it was hot...And now we come to the music... Most cafes have some pretty chilled music, not here. I kept looking around for the dance floor as the incessant thump, thump of four to a bar kick drum assaulted my eardrums. I asked if we could try some other genre but the owner just looked blank and the thumping continued.Won't be going back...
The service at this restaurant is exceptional! David is a fantastic host. The food is delicious, and I highly recommend this place.
