In the 3 Lis this is different, because each gear is excellent and makes joy for the next gear. Whoever likes Umami will love the 3 Lis. Cosy ambience, insurgent music, service all top. You can only feel comfortable here.

The service was consistently friendly and attentive, though on this very busy evening it felt somewhat overwhelmed, resulting in noticeable delays between courses. The kitchen, however, delivered an excellent performance: highlights included the unexpectedly refined green pesto sorbet, the perfectly balanced Lachsforelle, and the outstanding beef tartare, all prepared with precision and confidence. Both the vegetarian and gluten-free menus were very well executed, demonstrating careful attention to dietary needs. The wine selection and non-alcoholic aperitifs were also excellent and complemented the dishes nicely. One area for improvement was the noise: in the side room where we were seated, it was very loud and the acoustics were poor, something that should definitely be addressed. Despite the slower service, the overall quality of food and drinks left a very positive impression.

Obviously, you have decided to combine a lot of passion with clever decisions to get your own roots nearby. This works great after our feelings! On the plates you can discover German straightness and precision, oriental passion and aromas and world class openness for harmonious compositions. Crafty excellent. Tastefully clear and clean. The wine card creates the spaghetti from 'small' and 'clamping', the prices appear fair. We look forward to the next visit of the 3Lis!
