What D L doesn't like about Lapa's Costa Rican Bistro In Bonita Spr:
The decor is very nice and the service was great but the food was on a whole different level. I cannot emphasize enough how bland and tasteless this food was. Seasoning and flavor were just not wxistent. I tried to addlime and salt and other stuff but it just wasnt working. Maybe the locals here areused to it and enjoy it but being a cuban from miami and eating flaverful food al lthe time, this is just no comparison... View all feedback. Great little place for a delightful Spanish meal. I had the Chifrijo appetizer as my main course. The rice, black beans, chimichurri with shredded chicken and sliced avocado on top, was delicious! The empanadas were great, we got to try beef, chicken and cheese. My husband had the arroz con pollo and it was very good. Our favorite part of the meal were the amazing churros!!!
