I would not go back, order good worth $100 and all was nasty. Spring rolls amhad no mint in it. Pho was nasty and they gave me the wrong sauce to go with it. The pancakes had to much oil and the sandwich and rice was old tasting. View all feedback.
No issues overall, but I do have to agree with other reviews that it's not really amazing. We have tried many Pho places and the broth here is pretty bland. The broth is most essential in my opinion. If you prefer that, then no problems. Quantity of noodles and meat is good.
Have been going here for years. Broth is clear/clean.. noodles are soft. Meat portion is normal. One of the best tasting pho. Gave 4 star because there's only one size.

Stop! Do not order from this location. The Pho Bistro used to be a great place to eat. Quality and portion have diminish to an unacceptable rate for the money that they are charging. Centreville has multiple great pho restaurants. Stay away from this one. Consider yourself warned.
