This restaurant is strictly kiosk only expect long wait times. I was watching the kids put the food together and it was not quality work. The dining area was a disaster idk if they are doing renovations or what but it was a mess
Just came to this taco bell.. I love taco bell. I was told they only accept cash at the register and if I wanted to use a card I'd have to use the kiosk or go through the drive through. The person that waited on me was working the drive through. She had a head set on and everything. I asked if she could just ring me up through the drive through and we'd be good. She asked her manager and he said no. There's literally no one in there and the employees were doing nothing. I said that was the craziest thing I'd ever heard and she laughed and said I know... we left and will never come back to this location. I've never had any place of business not want my money. Very weird, very disappointing, and just down right dumb. I can't believe someone that owns a businesses lets this happen.
This is by far the worst Taco Bell I've ever encountered. The lobby is rarely open, and you often have to rely on the kiosks to place your order. The employees struggle to multitask, and they tend to chat too much and move at a snail's pace. Additionally, both the lobby and restrooms were in terrible condition.

Their website states that they open at 8. But the lobby doesn't open until 10. I have walked there 7 times and have yet been in the lobby. This has been going on for 3 years.
