When I called to get it fixed the phone... read more Online ordered a sandwich, yes, I did ask for extra mayo on my sandwich but this is ridiculous, this seemed vindictive. When I called to get it fixed the phone sounded like it went to a fax number and then when I called again it was busy. when I wentin, with my full sandwich, not even a bite taken out, asking for them to remake it she said, if you have the receipt I canremake it for you. I literally picked this sandwich up, took it home (5 minutes away) opened it up and drove back up thereimmediately. She acted like she was not willing to remake it for me, when they literally just asked me to sign for it to takehome the first time. I went to pull my online receipt up and she decided she couldn 't get around it anymore and said she couldgo ahead and make it...the other girl also came back and asked me what was wrong with it and I told her that when I asked forextra mayonnaise on it, I didn 't mean on the outside of my sandwich...I COULD NOT EVEN PICK THIS SANDWICH UP WITHOUT MAKING ACOMPLETE MESS OF EVERYTHING! Very disgusting and disappointing.

First time, my sandwhich was awful messy and sauce running everywhere, and they messed me out of my four cookies I ordered and never got. And the second time they gave me thewrong sauce. Both sandwiches got tossed in the trash. This location is not the best on service or quality. I messaged themtwice, both times this happened. Never got my cookies and never even offered a partial refund or even coupons. At least littleceasers in town gave my client a coupon when they messed up her pizza. I have the sandwhich pictured below.

I... read more One of my preferred spots for a quick (though pricey—more on that below) lunch in Sullivan, this relatively new location excels in cleanliness and appearance. I've never dined in a fast food restaurant that was cleaner and more sparkling, including the restrooms. The seasonal decorations are abundant and upbeat. The staff is well-trained and friendly. The food quality meets Subway's standards, but I have to deduct one star due to the value for money. This place is quite expensive for the amount of food you receive. Perhaps the franchise owner is trying to recoup costs from the new construction, but this is the priciest Subway I’ve ever visited. Be sure to look for deals in their app before you go, or be prepared to leave with a significantly lighter wallet. As for parking, there are a few spots right in front of the entrance and plenty more available at the side of the building.
