I called, they said I could get... read more If I could, I would 've given 0 stars. The food I ordered was the 2 for $7 chicken sandwiches, the chicken was not fully cooked. I called, they said I could get a refund so I literally just went in there to get my refund. The workers there were not friendly one bit. The girl working the register, she asked me what she could do for me, I said I was there for a refund, she made a huge sigh and went and got a guy. She told him I was there for a refund, he looked at me and rolled his eyes. Then on top of it, there was two girls behind the metal counter right where the deli meat slicer is and they were being super ignorant, kept looking at me, talking bad about me. The lady that was working the register, she was talking with them and she was like, I 'm right here and the one girl that was closest to the slicer, she said, Not you and then she said, her very quietly and looked right at me. I will not be returning to Arby 's at this location anymore. I 've never had an issue before until today. The only nice person was the manager that I talked to on the phone, she was very polite and very respectful.

The gentleman at the counter noticed that we were tired from a long day of working in the heat and was very accommodating. He truly went above and beyond to make our experience enjoyable. Thank you!
