We were into a long drive from Dharmasthala to madikeri and this place is totally ghat section . It is very difficult to find a very good restaurant in this stretch other than the one above . This restaurant shantarupti is really good and it is a surprise for travellers to have such a decent restaurant in this remote road route The restaurant offers quality food even at late night and we had wonderful filter coffee as a refreshing delight during the journey I recommend travellers to take a break at this place because of remote drive in this state highway stretch .
