Love this spot as a weekend getaway! The cabins are quaint but have everything you'd need. I love how warm the pool area stays in the winter with the greenhouse roof perfect for swimming laps or just soaking. And mornings are very quiet not uncommon to be the only bathers. Really love the pizza too. Super convenient base camp location for skiing at Chief Joseph and/or Lost Trail. View all feedback.

This place really sucks....Read the other negative reviews.. They're telling the truth... The hot tub was rough, the pool was cold... The pancakes were O.K....The sides were crooked..Bad!. The only good was the pancake.... Supplement for maple syrup....I just read the answer from the owner today.... What a lying piece of garbage this owner is... I almost never give an evaluation of places I camped, but read what this... View all feedback.
The main pool is not hot. It's hardly warm. The right shape. Needs an update. You get the kind of vibe its only one backyard pool and whirlpool. Will not return.

I recently read a response from the owner, and it's hard to believe how dishonest they are. I rarely leave reviews, but after seeing the owner's reaction, I felt compelled to warn others to stay away from this place—it's a health risk! It has the potential to be much better, but the owner clearly isn't interested in making improvements. If you’re looking for a better experience, consider staying at the Indian Trees NFS campsite next door. It was much quieter and had great hosts during my last visit.
During a vacation with my family, we found ourselves traveling through this beautiful country and stopped in Wichita. Normally, I don't write reviews—I've had a tough time figuring out how to use this iPhone—but I feel compelled to warn others about this place. The owners were rude, and the cabins were filthy. The pool and showers were covered in mold. We had booked a four-day stay but decided to leave the very next day. It was an incredibly terrible experience. It felt like a bad movie. I strongly advise you to avoid this place and drive right past it.
The pool has received some updates, but the facilities could still use some improvements. The restaurant has never been open, so there's no option for food or drinks. The water temperature can vary and is often cooler compared to other hot springs in Montana. It's worth a visit if you're in the area, but we had more pleasant experiences at the hot springs in Lolo, Elkhorn, and Jerry Johnson.
