She didn... read more When we first walked in, the service was sluggish; the waitress was distracted on her phone. After placing our orders, my wife received the wrong meal. She didn’t realize it until she had already added condiments to a chicken sandwich, thinking it was a hamburger. She decided to just eat the sandwich anyway. They also forgot the fries. The water tasted as if it had come straight from a muddy puddle. I found the fish and chips to be mediocre at best. The fries were served cold, and there were no condiments like salt, pepper, or ketchup on the table. We tried to make the best of it, but when we were settling the bill, another server brought out the correct order and asked if we had already eaten. After explaining the confusion, she merely offered to let us take the extra meal home since they were planning to throw it away.

The Brussels sprouts were burnt to a crisp throughout, and my filet mignon, ordered medium well, arrived undercooked and completely bland—no seasoning at all. We also tried the pasta, which was equally disappointing. The service was terrible; the server never checked on us, and I had to raise my voice to get him to refill my tea. Meanwhile, I could see him and others in the kitchen goofing around and swearing, completely neglecting the customers. No discount was offered for these issues, and Tracy, who had nothing to do with our experience, shouldn't be associated with this review.

I also ordered a medium filet mignon, but it came out overcooked and lacked any seasoning. We also ordered pasta, and it was equally disappointing. The server never checked on us, so I had to go up to him to refill my tea, as well as the drinks of others at our table.

I ordered Brussels sprouts, but they arrived burnt to a crisp. I also ordered a medium rare Flamen, and it was overcooked—nothing like what I expected. The pasta we had was also not good. To top it off, our server never checked on us, and I had to flag him down to refill my tea and ask for assistance. Overall, it was a frustrating evening.
