I was disappointed with my experience at this restaurant. The breading on the chicken nuggets came off in my dipping sauce, and I had to specifically ask for dipping sauce after not being offered ketchup, hot sauce, and jelly. The fries were clumped together and the general manager was loud and inattentive. Overall, the service was lacking. Despite the decent atmosphere, I would rate the food a 3, service a 2, and atmosphere a 4. The price per person for lunch was $10-20.

On September 23 between hours of 6-7 pm the drive through line was an extremely long wait. Cars in the back of me begin to leave after their orders were placed. After being about the 3rd car to approach the window you can clearly tell customers orders were not correct because they were giving it back. As I got to the window and was given my order I can tell by the weight of the bag my order was incorrect. I examined the bag and sure enough I was given someone else's order. I appreciate them correcting the mistake and the compensation. I know it's not an easy job when dealing with customers but would like to see some improvement in this location.
