This place is excellent! The pickles are my favorite. We dined out today and a man cleaned the tables around us. We asked him if there was a way to buy the pickles in bulk, like a gallon. He informed us that they come in 5-gallon containers and there is no option to buy a smaller quantity. A few minutes later, he came out with a Newk's bag for me. I was disappointed with my experience at this restaurant. I placed an order for pickup online because they do not take orders over the phone. When I arrived to pick up my order, I followed the online instructions and parked in the designated pickup spot. After waiting for about 10 minutes, two employees finally came out to assist me.

Inside was a large soup cup with a lid filled with my favorite pickles! He gave it to me with a smile and then continued with his work. The staff here is very friendly and accommodating!
