My kids and I love Whataburger. One, great staff and services. Our cashier, Amatur was enthusiastic and just know how to take care of us even there were many things going on at the same time. She was able to multitask and took care of us and anothercustomer. Secondly, chicken strips with honey mustard sauce are my kids favorite. I use to love eating here getting off at 2am it use to hot and fresh now at night it?s cold and nasty old hard fries and the woman at the window Ester acts as if she doesn?t wanna be there why would you pick over night she?s a rude lady never speaksnever offer condiments not a nice window person I get depressed paying for my order from her it?s like dealing with a mean robot View all feedback.

This has been the slowest service, especially dirve-thru, for the oast 2 years that I have come here. Every tike, you literally sit for a long time before moving. Expect at least 30 minutes to 45 minutes in this drive thru
I will occasionally go here for breakfast I work in the complex and in the morning they are slightly slow I had one car in front of me and it took almost 20 minutes for their food that's my only complaint generally the customer service is good and goodalways on point but just slow that's all
Wow. I mean, they're know for taking long in getting your order to you. And for having the most delicious fries that must be eaten in under 3mins or they go stale. But omg yesterday was an all time low. Everything was wrong. Every. Single. Thing. Onething missing double patty the other missing cheese and my BOB had the double patty. Just WOW. I rarely go anymore. It is soinconsistent. If I wanted my orders wrong, I'd go to McDs. Sorry not sorry.
