Sonic Drive-in - Sugar Land

Always great food in my opinion. I’ve been getting the garlic butter cheeseburger combo with onion rings, and as usual the onion rings are amazing and the garlic butter on a hamburger is simply addictive. So good.

They were short staffed, but that did not stop the young man on shift from smiling and treating us kind and welcoming. If this kid isn't the manager, he should be. The female worker was also kind and attentive. We came here 2/21/24 830 PM.

The onion rings were greasy and tasted the old oil.

This was the most frustrating experience of have ever had at any fast food restaurant. Ariel was not competent enough to understand my order after I repeated it several times. When I finally got to the window at drive thru she shot me the filthiest look. The last couple times have been a bad experience. I don’t think I will be back for a long time. Not worth the frustration. I’ll spend my money elsewhere.

Some of the worst sonic service i have seen. No acknowledgement at the drive through and it took them more than 10 minutes to make 1 slush. Not worth the wait. Haire new staff that actually wants to work and is competent enough to deliver accurate and timely service
