Red Lobster Sugar Land

They first sat us in a booth and when we asked to sit at a regular table the hostess rudely reacted and threw the menus on the table. We should have left right there and then. The food was horrible and greasy. It was of us. Four plates came out and I was told they were working on my shrimp to peel. Really? Working on what? My meal arrived like minutes after the other have started. The shrimp was warm and smelled and tasted horrible. Told the waiter I did not want it anymore and he took it back. We also returned a lobster soup that also smelled foul and tasted horrible. The place was empty on a Friday night and now we know why. The pasta was swimming in an inch of oil. I give this place months

Our server Alan was Excellent! He was attentive but did not hover. Akan made sure that our oysters were not overcooked. In the past, the fried oysters were overcooked, dry and the batter was very dark. Alan served our meals with the requested sauces. All the dishes were very tasty. We had a lovely meal with wonderful service

While the service was terrific, and the menu was full of options that made it tough to decide what to get, the food was lackluster at best. The ambiance was nice, but reduced considerably by having to walk through the server station to get to our table, and the booth cushion being almost worn through

John gave us great service. Food came out quick and on point. The absolute only thing I could whine about would be that the food came out too quickly after the appetizer. Great food and great service

Fantastic food as always, but the place could be cleaner
