It was a true Bollywood experience. The staff was really friendly and out going. The food was super fresh and flavorful. We did appetizers, main dish and dessert. Dont forget the garlic naan. The atmosphere was on point and all of the decor was so fitting with the meal. View all feedback.
What Manish Chauhan doesn't like about Nirmanz Food Boutique:
The food was overly priced and the portion sizes were small. The best meal for us was the starter (somosa Chatt). I'd recommend going for the starters but not the main courses if you want the authentic taste and spice. Beautiful place to sit but I was disappointed about the food! View all feedback.
This was my 1st time experiencing Indian Cuisine Nirmanz definitely made it worth while! I loved EVERYTHING about it, the ambiance, the art, the service and of course the FOOD! It was amazing! The staff was so so accommodating, fun super helpful with giving me recommendations! I will definitely be back for more!!
One thing to note is that you shouldn't wait for a server to take your order; you'll need to order at the counter. I appreciated the complimentary individual-sized bottle of water that was provided upon seating. The rice is included in the price of the main dish, which I loved, as I believe it should be part of the meal instead of an added charge like at some other restaurants. The owner's daughter was incredibly friendly and courteous, even dealing with a party of five who only ordered two main dishes, cleaned their plates completely, and then complained about the food despite leaving nothing behind. It seemed like they were just trying to take advantage of the situation. Overall, I'm excited to hear that they'll be opening a second location in Richmond, which will be closer for me. Looking forward to my next visit! Thanks!
It was a genuinely immersive Bollywood experience. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. The food was exceptionally fresh and full of flavor. We enjoyed appetizers, a main course, and dessert. Make sure to try the garlic naan! The atmosphere was just right, and all the decor beautifully complemented the meal.
I give 5 stars for the Mango lassi—it’s an absolute must-try! We visited for lunch and ended up sampling their popular Chaat dishes. We ordered the samosa Chaat and Raj kachori, both beautifully presented on quirky ceramic plates, as shown in the photos. In terms of flavor, the Raj kachori was quite delicious, although the filling was a tad dry. The samosa Chaat featured Chhole Masala along with a touch of sweet and sour imli chutneys. It was a bit on the spicy side for us, but when we requested extra yogurt, they happily provided it at no additional cost. The service was excellent, and the staff were very courteous. The standout feature of this place, though, is its ambiance and decor, which pays homage to Bollywood films and actors. It truly feels like a little piece of India abroad. They've put a lot of thought into the decor, which significantly enhances the overall experience. I’d give 4 stars just for the decor alone!
Top tier experience at Nirmanz! My family and I were greeted at the door and immediately seated. We were warmly welcomed and offered immediate help with ordering, loved that! Everything we ordered was delicious, full of flavor and plated perfectly! I can?t wait to come back to this restaurant! It was an amazing, flavorful experience!
