Jersey Mike's Subs - Sugar Land

I love eating in the chain of restaurants, but the service at this place is very bad.

This jersey mikes is the best one I’ve been in everyone is so friendly and the service is outstanding shout out to the manager joey for having a great store only, only problem is they don’t have Dr.pepper but I can live with out it.

I went in about a week ago, and was baffled when I saw how low staff these guys were. BUT! That did not stop the two gentlemen from busting out excellent sandwiches at record breaking speeds. Not only was it fast but it was made properly! It was almost picture perfect and I was in and out within 10 minutes. Which might not seem short but there had to be about 8 customers ahead of me. Keep up the good work guys. I hope y’all get the low staff problem sorted out soon!

Second day trying jersey miles and this location. Have enjoyed thus far. Great. No more subway or firehouse

The first time I came to this Jersey Mike’s, my food was not ready. I went inside and the workers were just talking to each other and as I went in they just stared awkwardly. I told them that I was picking up my online order which wasn’t ready because one of the guys grabbed the paper order and started making it. I gave this place a chance again today and I even went 20 minutes after the estimated “ready time” and once again I had to wait for them to prepare my order. The only reason I am not giving 1 star is because the food is good, the service is just not great, and the atmosphere is pretty unwelcoming. I would rather drive 15 minutes more for better customer service at another Jersey Mike’s.
