Caffe Nero Felixstowe - Suffolk Coastal

One of my children's favorite activities, as well as mine, is going to this restaurant. I usually get about 90 seconds of peace to enjoy my coffee or tea while they devour their cake. However, this time Nero had a vegan croissant that caught my eye and I couldn't resist trying it. I decided to have oat milk with my tea, which is my favorite, but they also offered soy and almond milk options.

After taking a break from visiting this coffee shop due to the previous staff's lack of willingness to bake more pastries in the morning when they ran out, we decided to give it another chance after hearing about a change in staff. The new staff was incredibly welcoming, even allowing our little Cavapoo pup inside. They informed us that if pastries run out before 2:00pm, they will bake more, but it takes about 20 minutes. So, we decided to enjoy more coffee and relax. We highly recommend trying the apricot pastry - it was delicious!

I met up with a friend for coffee and cake. We both decided to try the carrot cake, which was delicious but a bit dry and stale. The flavor was fantastic, though. I had a fruit tea, while my friend opted for coffee. The service was a bit slow that day, but the staff was friendly.

It is always good and they keep their standards which is a good thing. Quick and efficient. We will be back.

Oh no sold out of apricot pastries with no more to be baked. This must be the only Nero that doesn't restock their pastries.
