What J B doesn't like about Caffe Nero:
Used to get good coffees/service but the last few months the drinks have been awful, either luke warm, or burnt tasting, tables rarely cleaned, very sad as used to enjoy spending time there View all feedback.

Very friendly, great atmosphere. The Columbian blend coffee is excellent, and it's nice to have a choice. A good selection of pastries and cakes I always have a cake with my coffee
The staff in here are awesome. Always happy, friendly, and very eager to help you.
Love a Sunday visit to cafe Nero one of the few coffee chains that are dog friendly. So important on our Sunday trips to Woodbridge
While staff chit chatting to one another and scrolling their phones perhaps ought to be restricted to time when there aren't customers waiting, the young team does a good job of providing the requested items in a timely manner. Usually one can find a seat easily enough. A handy spot to meet up in the middle of The Thoroughfare.
