Texas Roadhouse - Suffolk

I recently visited this restaurant to purchase a gift card. The service was just average, and despite ordering a medium-cooked steak, I received one with burnt edges. The steak was still tasty, but not prepared how I had requested. Additionally, I noticed a neighboring table had a dirty dish and a broom nearby. When I mentioned my steak was cooked too well-done, the server did not offer to fix it, but instead said that other tables had experienced the same issue, suggesting a problem in the kitchen.

I am extremely disappointed. I wanted to eat fresh pasta late at night, and this macaroni and cheese was terrible. The only redeeming factor was the broccoli, which deserves a star on its own. I am grateful that they fulfilled my order as I was very hungry after a long day at work, but overall my night was ruined.

We were seated promptly, which indicates that they were not busy as we had to wait 45-60 minutes before. The service was terrible. The salad arrived after the main course. We had to repeatedly ask for things that should have been provided automatically, such as drink refills and utensils. The food was not hot, and when we expressed our dissatisfaction to the manager, minimal efforts were made to address it. When we requested the bill, the waiter had difficulty with it and we had to ask for the manager again. She did not take any meaningful action. Overall, it was the worst 2 hours I have ever spent at Texas Roadhouse.

We had an amazing experience at Texas Roadhouse. Our waitress, Victoria, greeted us with a smile and was extremely professional and friendly. She timed everything perfectly, knew the menu well, and kept our table clean despite having 4 young kids with us. The food came out hot and delicious, with our steaks cooked exactly as we requested. My wife and I were both very impressed with the service and felt that it deserved a 10-star rating. Victoria and her management team truly represent everything you would want in a restaurant staff. We thanked the manager, but feel that they should be acknowledged by corporate as well. Texas Roadhouse is our go-to place for great steaks, excellent service, and fair prices. Keep up the fantastic work!

Our server, Victoria, was fantastic! She was attentive, kind, and ensured that all of our food was served hot. She took excellent care of my family and provided top-notch service. The prime rib, appetizers, and kids' meals were all perfectly cooked and delicious. We couldn't have had a better dining experience thanks to Victoria! We highly recommend her and will be asking for her on our next visit. Thank you for the exceptional service and delicious food! Keep up the great work!
