What Arinell Enterprise doesn't like about Subway:
Every time I go in here, the lame males act as if they can’t open their mouths to speak, they act like deaf mutes…I still wonder how they were able to pass the interview. We have two working in there with poor humility and people skills serving food. I thought subway had a better judgement when it come to hiring. Their demeanor alone make the food taste horrible. Been going to this Subway for many years, never had a bad experience!
Please inform employees that when you answer the phone it 's not your house. Thank you for choosing subway how can I help you . Is a perfectly good way to let the customer know who their talking to...no just hello, and silence, its creepy, it 's very unprofessional and unbecoming of a business to act like that on the phone, if theres any way i can help please feel free to contact me and i would be happy to help. If the customer isn 't a priority then why are you taking my money, be professional be polite be positive. I hope you understand what I 'm saying. Have a nice day! Ps. When we order and pay over the phone it 's also polite to say how much the bill is.
Went on 1/26/24, and the 2 guys working appear to be making fun of the customers the ENTIRE time. If you're going to turn around and whisper to each other every 10 seconds, then giggle to each other after that.. I can't see any other reason. Had to repeat ourselves at least 3 or 4 times every step of the way, and it's not that complicated!! My wife informed me that this is what it's like EVERY time she's gone in there!!
I have eaten at this Subway for many years. And they never disappoint the staff in there is great.
