Mcdonald's - Suffolk

Agree with other reviews. stopped at 6:10 (they should open at 6), lighter off, etc. I went in and asked if they were open, no one would answer. when a hired one asked another, they wouldn't answer. turns out that the inner is closed, I asked all the time, or will open it later, and the answer was until they get human everyone looked completely miserable.

This place sucking, they did not give me all my food, they have me the wrong size meal, and they refused to repair it, and that was in the journey through. not worth the time or the money. should be negative 5 stars.

There was a 15 car line for drive through, so I went into lobby to order. There was not enough help, and no one came to take my order for 10 minutes. I left and got a better meal without any wait at Wendys down the street.

I Ordered 3 $3.50 bundles and a mc double the lady said $14.28 when I pulled up to the window another lady said it came up to $16.57 so I asked for a receipt the girl in the drive thru gets all nasty so I park and go back to talk to the manager she said there was nothing she could do twice before telling me it's only a $1.26 difference. When it's clearly a $2.54 difference. Keep it and hope it helps both of them get further in life.

Ordered on the app. Apparently they were out of the drinks we ordered, so instead of telling us or refunding us or doing literally anything, They just said they delivered the order out to curbside when they didn't. So we went in, they gave us something completely random and didn't refund us. Most incompetent Staff I've ever encountered. I've worked a ton of retail and fast food, so I know things get busy. But this was so unacceptable and lazy and unprofessional. Do NOT go here. The incompetence is too much. Would give 0 stars if I could.
