After seeing the advertisement of the new Guajillo Steak, I had the bowl and it was decent. A bit salty for me, but I 'm salt sensitive so take my opinion with a grain of salt (hahahahaha! ?? . Service was quick friendly at this location and my side of guacamole was good. View all feedback.

Friendly service. A little stingy on the portions and not everything was readily available. Still was good though. Parking was a B trying to accommodate close by because I had a dog in the car and a baby/stroller. So prepare for that. ? I went to pick up my burrito bowl on my dinner break and when I got back to my parking garage and tried the food, it was inedible. The rice was so old and crispy at a 7pm order time. I threw away 95% of it.

August 28th, 2022. 8:21 PM. This one star rating, as many others have expressed is well-deserved. The food isn't the issue, as it's about on par with what you'd expect from a chain burrito joint. This issue here is with the staff and I believe that comes down to either poor or absentee management. Tonight, for example, there were 7 visible employees working, with 1 making ordering and the other 6 cleaning up and breaking down the line. I totally understand wanting to be ready to go home on time but A) There is more than 1.5 hours until this location closes and B) Myself and and 2 other customers has to wait upwards of 5 minutes for anyone to ring up our completed orders. No one assisted us with check out until after we had asked for someone to check us out. Surely 1 person out of the 6+ cleaning up could have stayed on the register. Don't expect much to change at this establishment as I'm sure the Management turnover is just as bad as the Employee turnover.
Literally eat at ANY other Chipotle, not this one though. Ive had a few okay experiences here but thus was the last chance for this location. After not ordering from this locatiom in a couple years I gave them another try today and boom a bowl with chipotle wax paper in it. Be aware that outside of almost always having severely undercooked rice that make your teeth feel like theyre chewing teeth, apparently they are now adding extra fiber in the form of wax paper. Save yourself a few bucks, if its not one thing here its another, just shut it dowm already.
