Everything I've had on the menu has been delicious. Staff is always welcoming and the service is excellent. One of my top 5 restaurants.
The fried oysters were excellent. The spec special veal tenderloin with crab and asparagus was even better. An excellent way to usher in 2023!

Overall very positive Very good food, friendly professional service One fly in the ointment was the greeting at the door and getting an acceptable table Person who met us gave us probably the worse table in the place There were many other available tables but he mumbled no for various reasons We weren’t satisfied to take no gif an answer and the young man, probably a food runner finally said “well then you have to talk to a server” Really why have this person greet at the door if he’s not capable? When we did talk to a “server” there was no issue and were given a choice of all the empty tables we’d asked about Message to management Great restaurant overall, just coach the young food runner about greeting and seating people or keep him away from the front door Happy to describe him if you’re interested
This particular time they missed the mark. I ordered the cast iron ribeye special. It actually seemed grilled not pan seared. The fat on my ribeye must have caught fire because it was super charred and had a burnt and acrid taste. Very disappointing considering the price. Also, for a 50 dollar steak I expect at least a dry aged prime cut. I do like this restaurant overall but this time it wasn't very good.
