I got one meatball on my meatball s... read more Went here for a quick dinner for my family, and it turned out to be the worst meal ever. Absolutely worst Subway in America! I got one meatball on my meatball sub. My kids ham sandwich had no ham and just cheese, my flatbread cold cut combo was wet. Called Subway to see what was going on and get a refund and got a 17-year-old punk, who decided to swear at me and tell me "if I didn 't like it, then to go to hell "Then proceeded to tell me if I wanted to log a complaint to call back when a manager was there, which won 't be until next Wednesday NEVER GO TO THIS SUBWAY EVER! Let alone their subs being terrible now their customer service is awful at least in this location An absolutely terrible experience and terrible website along with their foodNot worth even calling them back to get a refund. Will be the last time I ever go to Subway.

This place is a major rip off in my book and I will never be back. Subway isn’t the place to get your money’s worth in my opinion.

As I... read more I found myself on Mountain Road, freezing and bruised on a cold, damp January night when I stumbled upon this restaurant, drawn in by its inviting lights. As I stepped inside, the comforting warmth from the toaster ovens enveloped me, and I was greeted by a friendly young sandwich artist. His soft, yet deep voice was as soothing as a gentle purr. When he asked what I wanted, I jokingly responded, "A hug." To my surprise, we embraced for what felt like an eternity—30 minutes of safety and warmth in his strong arms. After we finally parted, he sweetly offered me black olives one by one while I knelt in front of him. The best part? He didn’t charge me for any of it.

I visited this restaurant for a quick family dinner, and it ended up being the worst meal I've ever had. This was, without a doubt, the worst Subway I've encoun... read more I visited this restaurant for a quick family dinner, and it ended up being the worst meal I've ever had. This was, without a doubt, the worst Subway I've encountered in America! I received a meatball sub with only one meatball, while my child's ham sandwich had no ham, just cheese. Additionally, my flatbread cold cut combo was soggy. When I called Subway to ask about the situation and request a refund, I was met with a disrespectful 17-year-old employee who swore at me and told me to go to hell if I didn’t like it. He then informed me that if I wanted to file a complaint, I would have to call back when a manager was available, which won’t be until next Wednesday. I strongly advise against visiting this Subway! Not only was the food terrible, but the customer service was appalling at this location. Overall, it was a dreadful experience compounded by an awful website and unsatisfactory food. It’s not even worth my time to call back for a refund. This will be my last visit to any Subway.
