I contacted my credit card company, but there has been no refund processed yet. In addition to the initial overcharge, she added another $21 to our bill, bringing the total discrepancy to $51. I will be disputing this charge on my credit card. Despite her claim that she made a mistake in her head, I observed her using a calculator while reviewing the bill. I will not be returning to this establishment, even though the food was good. It is unacceptable to take advantage of customers, especially when they may be under the influence.

I had the cheeseburger with fries and a Guinness beer. It was one of the best medium rare burgers I’ve ever had. So juicy! I usually add mayo to my burgers but this one did not need any. perfection! However, I felt like the beer was served a bit too luke warm so I asked for a cup of ice. Not the best experience I’ve had with a beer. And it was a sad finish to my meal. But overall excellent customer service. Our server was very welcoming and kind. Also I’m willing to volunteer my graphic design skills for a drink menu! ‍

The burgers we... read more We took a break from dining at Sutters, but after hearing about their new kitchen, we decided to give it another try. And we were so glad we did! The burgers were amazing - big, juicy, and cooked to perfection. You can customize your burger however you like, which made it even better. We will definitely be coming back to Sutters for more delicious food. The staff is also fantastic - always friendly and welcoming. We had a great time laughing, eating, and enjoying the experience. Great job, Sutters!
