Other Chinese meals we ordered were cold and tasteless. I don't know if it changed owners but it wasabsolutely awful!

The food is flavorful, large portions, and always served freshly hot! If hot spicy noodles are your thing definitely go for the chow fun medium or hotter!

Other customers who ar... read more The service was outstanding! Our group of four was the only ones in the restaurant at 5:30, yet we waited 20 minutes before being served. Other customers who arrived after us also expressed frustration over the delay. It seemed that the restaurant was prioritizing takeout orders over dine-in customers, as they overlooked the needs of around 15 other guests. To make matters worse, when we decided to order ice cream at the end of our meal, it took an additional 25 minutes to receive it. That sums up our experience.

The enticing aroma alone is enough to captivate you and make it hard to leave. The cashier could use a bit of improvement and might benefit from some customer service training. However, I found that all the other employees were very welcoming, approachable, and friendly. If you’re looking for a fantastic night out of the kitchen, JADE BISTRO is the place to go.

My group of four was the only customers in the restaurant at 5:30 PM, yet we had to wait over 20 minutes to be served. As other people came in and were seated, several of them left after waiting for service. While the restaurant was doing a decent takeout business, they completely neglected the customers inside—about 15 of us. I made the mistake of ordering ice cream at the end of our meal, and it took an astonishing 25 minutes to receive it. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place!
